Standard turnaround is 48 hours from the time we receive your footage. Growth plans get 24-hour delivery, and Scale clients can get same-day priority editing. We'll always agree on a delivery schedule up front so you can plan your posting calendar.

Just your long-form content — a YouTube link, a podcast file, a Zoom recording, or a raw upload — plus a few notes on your brand (fonts, colors, vibe). No detailed briefs required. We'll pull the best moments and build clips around them. If you're not sure what to send, we'll walk you through it on the onboarding call.

All the major short-form platforms: TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and Facebook. Each clip is formatted natively for the platform — correct aspect ratios, safe zones, captions and pacing — so nothing looks like a lazy re-upload.

Yes. Every clip comes with an attention-grabbing hook, on-screen animated captions, and a suggested title or caption for the post. Retention is our obsession, so the words on screen are just as engineered as the cuts.

Starter includes two rounds of revisions per clip. Growth and Scale plans include unlimited revisions until you're happy. Our goal is that clips are near-perfect on the first pass, but we'll refine until they match your vision.

No lock-in. All plans are month-to-month — upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in a contract.

Absolutely. Our Social Media Management service handles scheduling, posting, captions, hashtags and community engagement across your channels, so your feed stays active without any effort from you. It's available as an add-on or built into the Scale plan.

No problem. On our free strategy call we'll help you plan what to record and how, so your very first batch of footage is clip-ready. Many clients start with a single podcast or talking-head recording and build from there.

Plans are billed monthly. After your strategy call we'll send a simple invoice or secure payment link, and online card payments are coming soon directly through the site. Custom Scale packages are quoted based on volume.
